Far exceeded expectations! I’m very particular about who I trust with my vehicles, Kylee and the crew at the Channing Way Grease Monkey earned that trust. They were thorough, straightforward, and actually paid attention to the vehicle instead of just rushing it through the bay. Just as importantly, they treated me like a person. Everyone was genuinely friendly, respectful, and happy to answer questions without the usual shop runaround. They were also great with my dog, which is a huge plus in my book. Fred inspected the operation and apparently found it acceptable. I maintain several vehicles, and after this experience I’ll be bringing the entire fleet here for service going forward. Good people, good work, no nonsense. Highly recommend. Fred approved.

Very professional & helpful! Shout out to Kylee for doing a great job helping me understand what my 2008 BMW X5 needed changed after not driving it for a couple years, & to Alex for doing a superb job at restoring my headlights!

Everyone was friendly and efficient and the prices were great! I got a simple oil change and my son had fallen asleep so I was able to just stay in my car. It was fast and everyone was amazing! Thank you to all the staff who helped me and my kids have an amazing experience!

This place is awesome! We were the unfortunate victims of a wayward flying rock on 1-15. We went in, car covered with bugs from the road trip, and they were extremely helpful and pleasant. They immediately started the rock chip repair, cleaned our windshield, and billed our insurance. The waiting area has complimentary coffee, cookies and soft drinks. We were on our way in less than 30 minutes with nothing but good feelings about their service. They earned customers for life!

Grease Monkey on Channing Phenomenal staff and service. A young man even opened the door for me. I can’t remember the last time I had customer service that was so helpful, friendly, courteous and I could go on and on. They really were that good. I had my dingy, dull headlights cleaned up, and they look like new. I had thought I would have to buy a whole new setup for each side. This team is one I’ll use again and confidently recommend to anyone.
